WYANDOTTE COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating three homicides in Kansas City, Kansas since Friday.
Just after 6p.m. Friday, officers were dispatched to a shooting in the 2800 block of Parallel Parkway in Kansas City, Kansas, according to a media release. Upon arrival, officers located a male victim deceased inside the home, the victim of apparent gunshot wounds.
Just after 6:30p.m. Saturday, police were dispatched to the 300 block of N. Valley in Kansas City, Kansas, on a unresponsive party call, according to a media release. Upon arrival, a male victim was located inside the home. He was transported to an area hospital where he later died. Detectives are currently speaking with a person of interest. Police have not reported an arrest.
Just after 3p.m. Sunday, police were dispatched to a shooting in the 6300 block of Sandusky Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male inside the home, the victim of apparent gunshot wounds. He was transported to an area hospital where he later died.
Police have not released the names of the victims.
