 </figure>SEDGWICK COUNTY—Following emotional statements from family members and a video honoring their loved one, Judge Bruce Brown sentenced 38-year-old Rachael Hilyard to life in prison with no chance for parol for 50-years for beheading 63-year-old Miki Davis in 2017. Hillyard apologized to the family and also said she often asks herself, "why did you do this?"<figure>
