TEMPE, Ariz. - The Fort Hays State women's tennis squad has been named an ITA All-Academic Team for the fourth-consecutive year, announced Tuesday by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.
Additionally, four Tigers were named ITA All-Academic Scholar Athletes.
Ellea Ediger, Grace Holgerson, Lauren Lindell and Macy Moyers all received Scholar Athlete status after earning a varsity letter and compiling a GPA of 3.50 or higher over the 2019-20 academic year. Lindell and Moyers both earned the award for the fourth time while Ediger was named a Scholar Athlete for the third year in a row.
The All-Academic Team award is given to programs that record a team GPA of 3.20 or better throughout the current academic year. Fort Hays State was one of seven MIAA programs to receive the honor.
