Woman jailed after reported domestic disturbance on I-70

GEARY COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating an alleged domestic altercation that occurred Sunday on Interstate 70 and have a suspect in custody.

Late Sunday, deputies responded to eastbound Interstate 70 near McDowell Creek Road after a report of a rolling domestic dispute in a passenger car, according to the Geary County Sheriff's Department.

Deputies were able to locate the vehicle approximately 12 miles west near Frontage Road in Riley County.

After an investigation deputies arrested 28-year-old Nina Kravtsova of Centerton, Arkansas and booked her into jail just before 2a.m. Monday on requested charges of Domestic Battery, Aggravated Assault (Domestic), Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer, and Interference with LEO.

Kravtsova was later accused of Battery on a Corrections Officer, according to the Sheriff's office.
