KANSAS CITY—U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg is scheduled to be in Kansas Friday, according to a statement from the agency.
Secretary Pete Buttigieg will make a stop in Kansas City, Kansas to promote President Biden's bipartisan $1 trillion infrastructure bill and the associated investment in the region.
President Joe Biden signed the bill into law November 15, and said it will deliver jobs, clean water, high-speed internet and a clean energy future.
