KANSAS CITY —Voters in Kansas City elected Quinton Lucas to serve a second term as mayor on Tuesday.

Lucas defeated Clay Chastain by over 60 points.&nbsp;Lucas represented Kansas City’s Third District At-Large on the City Council before he was elected mayor in 2019.
