JACKSON COUNTY, Kan.—Law enforcement are investigating two suspects on drug allegations.
Just after 5:30p.m. Jan. 3, a sheriff's deputy conducted a traffic stop on a 2004 Kia Sorento on 150th Road, just west of U.S. 75 Highway, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.

During the traffic stop, probable cause was obtained to search the vehicle. Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located on the passenger’s person and during a search of the vehicle, additional methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located.
The driver, Sidnee Lynn Holcomb, 59, of Horton, was arrested and booked into the Jackson County Jail on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, use of communication device during felony drug offense.
The passenger, John Rodney Remmers, 64, of Blue Springs, Nebraska, was arrested and booked into the Jackson County Jail on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, use of communication device during felony drug offense.
