Oklahoma man accused of trying to sell meth in Kansas

OSAGE COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on drug allegations.

Just before 1a.m. Saturday, a Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on U.S. 75 in Osage County for a traffic violation, according to Sheriff Chris Wells. During the stop, the deputy found methamphetamine.

The driver of the vehicle, Andrew X. Hernandez, 46, of Tulsa, OK, was taken into custody and transported to the Osage County Jail Facility on requested charges of  Possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, Criminal possession of weapons, Possession of drug paraphernalia and Driving while license suspended.
