JOHNSON COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a felony theft involving an ATM in the city of Olathe.
Just before 9:30a.m. Monday, two unknown subjects obtained money from an exterior ATM near the 15,000 Block of West 119th Street in Olathe, according to Olathe Police Sergeant John Moncayo. The suspects fled the area in a black Toyota passenger vehicle.
A thorough area search was conducted, and no contact was made with the suspects or vehicle.
The suspects were described as two man wearing hooded sweatshirts, black ski masks, and dark colored jeans. The suspects left with an undisclosed amount of cash. No weapon was seen during this incident and no reported injuries.
