ATCHISON— Authorities continue working to determine the cause&nbsp; of an explosion and fire at MGP Ingredients in Atchison.Just after 8p.m. Friday, crews responded to the fire in the 100 Block of Commercial Street, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson. Firefighters worked on a grain fire for a period of time in the area of the explosion.
