These watches are in addition to the wind chill advisories that were issued for Friday into Saturday.

The National Weather Service (NWS) in Wichita has issued a winter storm watch in effect from late Saturday night through Monday afternoon for the following counties in our area.
Ellsworth County
Lincoln County
McPherson County
Saline County
Moderate to heavy snow is possible. Total snow accumulations may exceed 5 inches.
Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.
Additionally, NWS in Wichita has issued a winter storm watch in effect from Sunday morning through Monday afternoon that includes Marion County.
