BROWN COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating a Kansas felon on new allegations after an arrest
On October 3, the Brown County Sheriffs Office arrested 30-year-old River Keo of Horton on a Douglas County $150,000 Felony Criminal Threat Warrant, according to Brown County Sheriff John Merchant.
He has previous convictions for driving under influence of alcohol or drugs - 3rd or subsequent conviction, according to the Kansas Department of Corrections. He is no longer in custody, according to online jail records.
