JACKSON COUNTY, Kan. (JASO) – Law enforcement authorities are investigating two suspects on drug charges.
On March 10, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office served a narcotics warrant on a home at 522 Indiana Avenue in Holton, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.
As part of the investigation, deputies arrested 39-year-old April Diane Knight and 23-year-old Gary Ray Hards both of Holton.
Knight was booked into the Jackson County Jail on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hallucinogenic drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and a probation violation warrant, according to Morse.
Hards was booked on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hallucinogenic drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both remain in custody, according to online jail records.
