Sheriff: Kansas man accused of selling drugs

 JACKSON COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on drug allegations.

On December 30, a Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a Nissan Altima for a traffic infraction on 150th and Q. Road in rural Jackson County, according to sheriff Tim Morse.

The driver, Dennis Gene Lindsay Jr., 37, of Topeka, was arrested at the scene and booked into the Jackson County Jail on requested charges that include distribute certain depressant; < 3.5 grams, possession of a hallucinogenic drug, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.
