ALLEN, Texas — Officials have have positively identified the victims killed in the Dallas-area mall shooting on Sunday. They include a 3-year-old boy and two grade-school girls.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, "it is with great sorrow that we share this information. Each of these individuals were members of our North Texas community and their loss is felt with heavy hearts. No agency will release the name of anyone under 18 or victims who are injured."
