WYANDOTTE COUNTY —One person died in an accident just before 7p.m. Wednesday in Wyandotte County.
Lansing law enforcement is reporting a major accident at the intersection of K-7 (Main St.) and 4H Rd. Please avoid the area so first responders can do their job.
Police in Lansing reported a coach bus was southbound on Kansas 7/ Main Street at 4H Road. A sedan attempted to make a left turn at the intersection and collided with the bus, according to a media release. The driver of the sedan was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no other injuries reported.
Police have not released the name of the driver who died. The crash remains under investigation.
