SHAWNEE COUNTY –Law enforcement are investigating two suspect on multiple allegations after an arrest.
Just before 11:30p.m. August 21, a sheriff's deputy located a red 1999 Plymouth Voyager that was reported stolen out of Missouri in the 1900 block of NW Topeka Boulevard, according to Shawnee County Deputy Abigail Christian.
During the investigation, illegal narcotics were located. The driver, Andrew R. Roldan Jr., 32, and a passenger, Amber D. Kirk, 35, both of Topeka, were booked into the Shawnee County Department of Corrections. Roldan was booked on requested charges of possession of a stimulant, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license and possession of stolen property. Kirk was booked in on requested charges of possession of a stimulant and possession of drug paraphernalia.
