Sheriff: Kansas woman caught transporting meth, THC

 JACKSON COUNTY, Kan. —Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on drug allegations. 

Just after 10:30 p.m., August 5, a Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a 2009 Hyundai Sonata for an alleged traffic infraction, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.

The driver was identified as 36-year-old Starkesha Sabrina Palmer, of Topeka. Palmer was arrested and booked into the Jackson County Jail on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended.
