On Jan. 1, 2021, Salina Police investigated a damage to property that occurred in the parking lot of Kohl’s, 2580 S. Ninth Street.
During this crime, a male jumped upon the hood and windshield of a white 2014 Ford Mustang, causing $500 damage. The person was likewise seen urinating on the vehicle.
The male was described as a Hispanic or Samoan male, wearing a dark baseball hat, grey hooded sweatshirt, jeans, and brown boots.
