Kansas drug bust: Fentanyl, heroin and THC gummies

SHAWNEE COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating four suspects on drug allegations.

On  August 15, members of the Topeka Police Department Narcotics Unit served a search warrant in the 500 Block NE Grattan Street. related to an ongoing investigation, according to a media release.

While conducting the search warrant, officers located fentanyl, heroin methamphetamine, marijuana, THC gummies and drug paraphernalia.

As a result, Patricia Miller, 43; Phillip Minton, 41; Jason Hokanson, 37 and Ashley Johnson, 33, all of Topeka were transported to the Shawnee County Department of Corrections.

Jason Hokanson is jailed on requested charges of Possession of an opiate (2 counts), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Arrest Warrant. Ashley Johnson was jailed on a requested charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
