
JACKSON COUNTY– Law enforcement are investigating a Kansas felon on new allegations.
On Feb. 20, Jackson County Deputies and Detectives executed a search warrant on the residences of 405 W 5th Street and 407 W 5th Street in Soldier for illegal drugs or narcotics, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.
During the search deputies discovered illegal narcotics, drug paraphernalia, and weapons.
Christopher Kolterman, 52, of Soldier, was arrested and booked into the Jackson County Jail on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal use of a weapon and felon in possession of a firearm.
