Pam Irwin begins duties today as USD 240 superintendent

BENNINGTON -- Pam Irwin today began her new duties as superintendent of Twin Valley USD 240.

Most recently, Irwin served as executive director of teaching and learning at Geary County Schools. She also served as director of staff development and accreditation for Salina USD 305 from 2008 to 2017 and curriculum technologist for USD 305 from 2001 to 2008.

"The board is certain in our choice of Irwin and confident that under her leadership USD 240 will continue its mission to challenge all students to become responsible members of society dedicated to lifelong learning in an ever changing world," USD 240 Board President Rosemary Neaderhiser said in a story on the district's website.

Twin Valley USD 240 includes schools in Bennington and Tescott.
