(AP) —&nbsp;New York and New Jersey are now requiring people from Kansas and two additional states&nbsp; to quarantine for 14 days as more individuals are testing positive for COVID-19 nationwide.Gov. Andrew Cuomo said in a Tuesday press release that Kansas, Oklahoma and Delaware now join a total of 19 states that qualify under New York's metrics for community spread.New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy and&nbsp;Connecticut Gov. Ned Lamont say visitors from those same three states must also quarantine for two weeks under an advisory aimed at travelers from COVID-19 hotspots.<div><blockquote class="twitter-tweet">Sad. The state's numbers are likely an undercount — about 25,000 people with COVID-19 have died in hospitals and nursing homes since March, while New York City says another 4,600 people likely died of COVID-19.
