MANHATTAN – Kansas State defensive end Wyatt Hubert begins his path to the NFL Draft this week as he takes part in the 2021 Reese’s Senior Bowl in Mobile, Ala.

Hubert, a two-time First Team All-Big 12 performer, will be making the 10th appearance by a Wildcat in the Senior Bowl since 2012 and the second by a defensive end in the last five years (Jordan Willis, 2017).

A product of Topeka, Hubert will be on the American Team led by the Carolina Panthers’ coaching staff. Panthers head coach Matt Rhule coached against Hubert on two occasions as he was the head coach at Baylor from 2017 to 2019.

Senior Bowl week begins on Tuesday with the first of three days of practices. The game will be held on Saturday and kicks off at 1:30 p.m., inside Hancock Whitney Stadium and will be televised by NFL Network.
