SEDGWICK COUNTY—Law enforcement investigating another homicide in Wichita have identified the victim as 32-year-old Kelly Black, according to a statement from Wichita Police.
Just before 6p.m. Sunday, police responded to a shooting in the 7000 block of E. Lincoln in Wichita, according to media release. First responders found Black lying on the ground with a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital in critical condition but was later pronounced dead.
