FRANKLIN COUNTY—A Kansas man died in an accident just before 3:30p.m. Thursday in Franklin County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2009 GMC pickup driven by Zebediah S. Harris, 20, Wellsville, was southbound on Interstate 35 one mile south of Tennessee Road.
The pickup left the roadway to the right, struck a guardrail, continued through the ditch, struck a concrete culver, rolled and the driver was ejected.
Harris was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to Frontier Forensics. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
