
SHAWNEE COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating three suspects on drug allegations.
On July 25, members of the Topeka Police Department Narcotics Unit and the Shawnee County Drug Task Force, served a search warrant in 200 Block SE Klein Street in the Topeka area, according to Topeka Police Lt. Ronnie Connell.
While conducting the search warrant, officers located marijuana, synthetic marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

As a result Anthony Smith, 41; Matthew Smith, 37, and Abagail Schmitter, 24, were transported to the Shawnee County Department of Corrections.
Anthony Smith was jailed on requested charges of Possession of hallucinogenic with intent to distribute, Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, Possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute., Felony Interference, Drug Tax Violation, Unlawful to acquire proceeds from drug transactions, Unlawful obtain of prescription drugs and Possession of drug paraphernalia.
Abagail Schmitter was in custody on requested charges of Possession of hallucinogenic and Possession of drug paraphernalia
Matthew Smith was jailed on an Arrest Warrant.
