KANSAS CITY —One person died in an accident just after 11p.m. Sunday in Kansas City, Missouri.
A customized American Chopper motorcycle was southbound on Raytown Road from Longview Road, according to KCPD Officer Alayna Gonzalez. The rider lost control of the motorcycle. The vehicle crossed the double yellow centerline, entered a ditch, and overturned ejecting the rider. Grandiew EMS pronounced the rider deceased at the scene.
This incident marks traffic fatality number 14 for 2025, compared to 10 at the same time last year, according to Gonzalez. Police did not release the victim's name.
