Crash at Schilling and Ohio in Salina causes minor injuries

Just after 3 p.m. yesterday, April 24, two vehicles crashed at the intersection of East Schilling Road and South Ohio Street, with one or more of the vehicle's occupants sustaining minor injuries.

According to Salina Police Department (SPD) Sgt. Matt Gawigh, the crash happened at 3:05 p.m. and caused the airbags to deploy.

"We had some minor injuries involved — however, no one was transported," Gawigh said. 

SPD officers had yet to finish the incident report at the time of this article's publication. Salina Post will update the story as more information becomes available.
