Multiple units from the Salina Fire Department responded to a utility truck fire in southeast Salina shortly before noon Wednesday.

Several loud explosions were heard and then the truck was engulfed in flames, according to neighbors in the 2000 block of Mission Road. The truck was fully engulfed when firefighters arrived.

Salina Post will have more when information becomes available.
