BARTON COUNTY — One person was injured in an accident just before 4p.m. Monday in Barton County.
Witnesses at the scene stated a 2004 International trash truck driven by Michael Furrey Great Bend, stopped at the stop sign at NW 30 Road and Washington Street for westbound traffic and then pulled into the path of the Ford Ranger, according to Sheriff Brian Bellendir.
