The Ottawa County Community Foundation (OCCF) is pleased to announce applications are currently being accepted for four Foundation funds with a deadline of September 1, 2016 for all.
These grant funds include the Ottawa County Impact Fund (unrestricted grant fund), the Kansas Health Foundation Fund/Public Health Fund, and the Dane G. Hansen Community Grant Fund with over $80,000 available for distribution from the community foundation through a competitive application process. Applications and criteria can be found at www.ottawacountycf.org and support Ottawa County projects only.
The gift from the Dane G. Hansen Foundation, as well as gifts from generous donors, allows OCCF the privilege of making grants in Ottawa County. Earlier this year, OCCF, through its existing funds, along with a gift from the Dane G. Hansen Foundation, funded more than $30,000 in grant applications. The Dane G. Hansen Foundation continues to support the efforts of rural America in beautifying communities, providing needed services and funding necessary and exciting projects throughout the region.
