CaptureThe Kansas Lottery’s fifth Holiday Millionaire Raffle game is causing raffle-mania across Kansas!  Raffle tickets went on sale at Lottery retail locations throughout the state October 1.  Players have an extra incentive to purchase tickets early.  The Kansas Lottery is once again offering Early Bird drawings with 10 chances to win $10,000.  The first Early Bird drawing will be held this Sunday, October 13, with two players each winning $10,000!

Sunday’s Early Bird winners are still eligible for subsequent Early Bird drawings, the $1 million grand prize, and other cash prizes to be drawn December 31.  The remaining Early Bird drawings will be held October 20 and 27, and November 3 and 10.

In addition to the Early Bird drawings and for the first time in the history of the game, the Holiday Millionaire Raffle is loaded with $50 “instant win” prizes.  Thousands of players will receive an “instant win” coupon when they purchase their raffle tickets. The coupons are being generated each time a predetermined number of tickets are sold and are being issued throughout the state.  When a coupon is generated, players will hear a special tune from the Lottery terminal signaling the coupon is printing.  Players can also look for the “Kansas Lottery $50 Winner” symbol on their Holiday Millionaire Raffle ticket.  The coupons can be cashed at any Lottery retail location.

Only 175,000 raffle ticket will be sold this year.  Sales for the Holiday Millionaire Raffle will end December 30, or when all tickets are sold, whichever comes first.  The $1 million grand prize drawing will be held December 31.  In addition to the grand prize, 25 players will each win $5,000, 25 players will each win $1,000, and 2,500 players will each win $100.  Winners have 365 days from the date of each drawing to claim a prize. Players must retain their Holiday Millionaire Raffle tickets to claim a prize.
